What is relaxation?

Relaxation is a technique that can help to improve your quality of life by reducing tension, anxiety and fatigue. Relaxation involves becoming aware of all your muscles and of the tension in them, and then of gradually releasing that tension. Relaxation techniques can be learned either by attending classes or from a CD.
