Your day goes the way the corners of your mouth turn.
How are you?
Our answers to the question how are you? Seems like such a small thing. But we must answer that question at least 10 times a day – and perhaps as many as 50. So it’s not a small thing at all. It’s a significant part of our daily conversations.
When someone asks how are you? What do you say?
Your answer is usually no more than a few words. And yet, that short response tells a lot about you – and your attitude. – In fact, your response can literally shape your attitude.
I’ve observed that the responses to how you are can be classified into three categories: negative, mediocre and positive.
