The Academy of Haute Couture and Fashion is the new creative, scientific, and cultural excellence hub of the Academy of Public Policies, designed to integrate fashion, arts, innovation, sustainability, and public policy into a single academic ecosystem. Its mission is to train professionals capable of understanding fashion as a cultural, economic, political, and civilizational phenomenon, articulating artistic creation with social responsibility, sustainability, and global governance.

The Academy is born with an international vocation, positioned between New York, Paris, Milan, and Shanghai, and establishes itself as a bridge between Europe, America, and Asia, between tradition and the future, between the arts and public policy.

The mission of the Academy of Haute Couture and Fashion is to: • Train creators, researchers, and leaders capable of integrating fashion, culture, sustainability, and public policy. • Promote haute couture as an artistic expression, cultural heritage, and innovation laboratory. • Develop applied research in sustainable fashion, the creative economy, textile technology, and cultural diplomacy. • Generate social impact through programs connecting fashion, education, inclusion, and community development. • Build international bridges between Europe, the United States, and China.
